Congratulations to the Vine, Coates, our LocAle pub of the year. We'll present the shield sometime around 12.30pm on Saturday 3rd of August. As we're out that way, the Letter B will also receive their Merit Award at around 4pm. The plan is to catch the 33 bus at 11.25am from Queensgate (or anywhere the bus stops en route), arriving at Coates just after 12 noon. We can also visit the Carpenters Arms in Coates. Then we can catch the 3pm bus back to Whittlesey and get to the Letter B. The last 33 bus back to Peterborough is around 7.30pm (31 bus at 7.55pm) from the stop nearest the Letter B, on the Pboro Rd. All fares are £2. A Dayrider ticket costs more, once you go beyond Whittlesey.
