Mick Lane presents a Gold Award to licencee Holli
On Monday 28th February Holli Posnett the licensee of The Butchers Arms in Werrington was award a Branch Gold Award in recognition of the her hard work and dedication in opening this new city micro pub. Holli has SIX handpumps available featuring an ever-changing range of top-quality real ales, including at least one LocAle, all consistently hitting high standards in the NBSS System. With more than just “real ale” available, The Butchers also offers a range real cider, key keg craft and other traditional pub offerings. The Butchers has more than proved itself as a community venture with a diverse customer base, darts team, weekly quiz and a meat raffle. Holli and her micro team always have a warm welcome for customers old and new and it’s heartwarming to see such positive local support following the regrettable demise of The Ploughman.
