Pub of the Year 2015 - Hand and Heart
Bram and Sue were presented with their Pub of the Year award at 8.30pm on Thursday 23rd April, during their beer festival in the garden of the Hand & Heart. Chris Hooton and Graham Simms, co-sponsors of the original nomination, said a few congratulatory words.

Cider Pub of the Year – the Letter B, Whittlesey
Bruce and the team at the Letter B, Whittlesey have been chosen as the best cider pub in the branch area. The Letter B will join 3 other pubs in the Cambridgeshire round, then hopefully on to the regional round.

Cambridgeshire Cider Pub of the Year 2015 - Letter B
Bruce and Denise Roan were awarded the Cambridgeshire County Cider Pub of the Year by Andy Shaw, CAMRA County Coordinator for Cambridgeshire. Eight or more real ciders and perries are usually available at the pub.

Gold Award – The Vine, Coates
Landlords Stuart and Toni Cross received their Gold Award from Peterborough CAMRA Chairman Dave Murray, after being nominated by on of the regulars, Neil Holmes.

Gold Award – The Heron, Stanground
The Heron, once under the boot of a PubCo, is now freehold. Free-of-tie tenants Rob and Meri have turned the pub around, selling LocAles on the 4 handpumps. For this achievement, they received the first Gold award of 2015.

Congratulations to Linda on her pub, the Woolpack, receiving a Gold Award from the branch for the quality of her beers. Shame she was in hospital that day !
