Based in Deeping Gate, on the Cambridgeshire/Lincolnshire border, Bowler’s Brewery was established by two friends and beer-enthusiasts John Bowyer and David Gowler. Having purchased a 400 litre system from another local brewery, they began brewing in October 2020. Bowler’s initial focus has been to establish a reputation for producing quality bottled-conditioned ales. Their core range includes an IPA (Trusty Steed) a brown ale (Brown Derby) a pale ale (Lonesome Pine) and a rye IPA (The Ryddler) as well as a seasonal summer ale (Sundance). With the re-opening of pubs in summer 2021, they are beginning to supply cask ales and have added a best bitter (The Duke) to their range.
